The written GCSE Exams are scheduled to begin on Thursday 8th May 2025 and conclude on 19th June.
The JCQ contingency dates 2025 are designated in the event of national or significant local
disruption to examinations in the UK

We must remind candidates that they must remain available until Wednesday 25 June 2025 should an awarding body need to invoke its contingency plan.

Results Day
GCSE Results Day will take place on Thursday 21st August 2025.
Pupils may collect their results from the main hall between 9:30am and 12:00pm.
Senior staff will be available to provide support and guidance, including:
- Results checking
- Information on post-16 options
- Advice on remarking and appeals
